I've just purchased some tickets from your site! What happens now?
You should have immediately received an email from us at KJTickets upon making your purchase. This email will contain both our contact information and the contact information for the ticket broker who is fulfilling your ticket order. Typically tickets will either be shipped on the same day or if after hours on the
next business day of the order. If you have any immediate requests or concerns about how your tickets are being shipped please contact the broker fulfilling your order.
